MISSION

STATEMENT

Quench will support emerging and early career artists with production bursaries, mentoring and exhibition opportunities.

Support artists who are pivoting their practice with the space to explore and show new work and a production budget to realise the work

Focus on LGBTQ+, global majority and working class artists throughout our programming

Offer a free educational programme for local young people with a focus on young people from backgrounds underrepresented in the arts. This programme will be run by trained youth workers and build confidence, personal practice and opportunities for employment.

Take 0% commission from works sold by artists through their Quench shows to support artists further practice.

Hire local creatives for all possible roles at the gallery and pay in line with AN guidance.
